Healthy Backs is Back by Popular Demand!
Through proper breathing techniques, you will learn how to strengthen, relax and stretch major muscles that support the spine. Exercises will start with gentle stretches and then move to more challenging positions. Targeted muscle groups include the abdominal, upper and lower back, thigh, hamstring hip flexors and chest.
When:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 6-Dec. 18, 7:30-8:30 a.m.
Where:
Pittsfield Family YMCA’s auditorium.
Register:
Visit the Y’s Welcome Center. Even though the program is FREE FOR MEMBERS, we ask everyone to register. If you are new to the program, please call the instructor prior to starting the first session.
Additional Information:
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel.
